Best Retention Circle Award
In the national-level contest among all telecom circles of Reliance Communication across India, West Bengal was awarded the “Best Retention Circle” award in 2008. The award was handed over to Sanjay Das, the then Customer Service Delivery Head of the Eastern Region, at the headquarters of Reliance Communications Ltd at Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City in Navi Mumbai.
